Shawn Weisz, President of Underwater Soldiers, has been an avid diver for nearly a decade. The respect and admiration that he has for our veterans drove him to find like minded individuals to build the Underwater Soldier organization in order to help others. One of the Co-Founders.
Chuck Williams
Vice President
Charles "Chuck" Williams Vice President of Underwater Soldiers. A disabled combat Veteran who served for 9 years in the US Marines. Has always wanted to dive since a little kid from stories from his Uncle. One of the Co-Founders.
Vince Eldred
Secretary
Vincent Eldred served 9 1/2 years in the army and is a combat veteran. After joining underwater soldiers he found a way to help other veterans and give back to his community.

Jessica Biscan
Board Member
Jessica discovered scuba diving in 2020. Jessica started joining Underwater Soldiers in their cleanup dives in 2022. As a person living with disabilities including an above the knee amputation, she fully understands our mission and what UWS stands for. Scuba diving has helped her personally the past few years. Jessica joined the board in the Summer of 2022
